The Shoulders On Which We Stand

Eddie Moutran has left the world and we mourn his passing. Whenever a person leaves us this way, it is easy to feel a gap in our lives. However, with Eddie, that is not the case.

Somehow, he found a way to lift people, companies, and an industry on his shoulders. I don’t have enough fingers to count the number of people who have stood on his shoulders to build their careers and their business. The most impressive part is how, despite the fact that he has passed, he still manages to carry us. He spent his life building a foundation and sharing it with us all. We built relationships, we built careers, we built businesses, and we built an industry.

Today, Eddie is gone and there is a hole in many hearts, including mine; but his foundation is unshaken, and his shoulders still carry us.

We will miss him dearly as we try our best to carry on his legacy.
