Premier Najib Mikati met today with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri at Ain al-Tineh to discuss the present cabinet stagnation. Cabinet has not met since Oct. 12 amid deep disagreement among ministers over the Beirut blast probe. Mikati left the meeting without giving a statement
