Four men who were seriously injured in the fuel tanker explosion in Akkar on Aug. 15 returned tonight from Kuwait, where they had been receiving treatment. They were greeted at Beirut airport by Health Minister Firass Abiad alongside a Kuwaiti diplomat, the NNA reports
