The Special Tribunal for Lebanon scheduled a five-day public hearing, starting Oct. 4, based on a prosecutor’s appeal of the verdict in the case of the 2005 explosion that killed former Premier Rafik Hariri and injured more than 200 others. Three of the four defendants in the case were acquitted
