The civil judge in Beirut who handles urgent matters, Carla Shawah, has ruled that a bank transfer 25,000 euros or the equivalent in dollars abroad to France and Argentina to pay the plaintiff's children's tuition fees. She ordered a LL 5 million fine for each day's delay
