Today's oil fire in Abdeh, Akkar, was set intentionally, Aurore Feghaly, the director-general of oil, tells L’Orient Today. She says, however, that investigators are working to determine whether the oil spill from the Kirkuk-Tripoli pipeline was deliberate or not
